About the Job:

As a Program Management Supervisor, you will lead a team of Program Managers and Coordinators, overseeing the planning and execution of professional education programs and activities, while ensuring best practices are followed across multiple brands. You will manage complex projects, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and development opportunities to junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of programs. With increased client exposure, you will work directly with marketing, vendors, clients, speakers, and faculty, utilizing your exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills to drive success.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage complex educational projects and meetings, ensuring client expectations are met, and delegate tasks to Program Managers and Coordinators as needed.
  • Execute programs, projects, and activities involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), recruiting, securing, and contracting with external faculty and KOLs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, faculty, clients, and external vendors to ensure successful program logistics and communication.
  • Provide strategic thinking and foresight, anticipating organizational needs, and participate in team decision-making meetings.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of Healthcare Professional (HCP) honoraria, expenses, and compliance requirements, maintaining current knowledge of HCP guidelines and regulations.
  • Analyze post-event metrics, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for resolution, while maintaining fiscal responsibility for Program Management costs.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Hospitality, or Business preferred, and 5+ years Program Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of program management, customer service, meetings/events, and HCP/KOL engagements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Zoom Meetings, and WorkFront. CVENT experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with acute attention to detail and strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships, build rapport, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior staff members. Prior management experience of other Program Managers is required for this role.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify areas for process improvement, and develop solutions to drive team and department success.

Salary
$85,000 to $110,000 annually

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
