Job Description:
The NISCCIII Program Manager (PM) provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of an integrated and responsive operations and sustainment program in support of the USSF’s OM&S of C2 capabilities at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), Peterson Space Force Base (PAFB), Colorado; Offutt AFB (OAFB), Nebraska; Vandenberg SFB (VSFB), California; and other world-wide sites.
HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

The PM serves as the Government’s primary POC

The PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance

The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and businesses processes

The PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential issues and resource limitation issues
Required Qualifications
-
Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification. Proposed PM must include certification and/or certification number

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI)

Minimum of ten years’ experience providing DoD project management managing a cross-functional team of professionals in an enterprise environment.
Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree in one of the following fields of study: Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics

Experience with overseeing and implementing large-scale DoD programs and initiatives
-
Five or more years of program management experience in R&D or rapid acquisition development projects
-
Five years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologies
-
Experience with SOFA requirements, regulations, and processes
-
Space experience

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 – $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
