Overview

The Project Manager, Investor Relations will serve as the operational backbone of the function, supporting high-visibility initiatives. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of PMO, a professional attitude, a sense of urgency to complete tasks, capability to implement efficiently, and a commitment to meticulous management of complex workstreams.


Responsibilities

    Serve as the operational lead for Investor Relations project management, ensuring seamless execution of internal and external initiatives.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage Investor Relations projects and programs from initiation through completion including planning, progress reporting, execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and track PMO-level workstreams, timelines and deliverables across the IR function.
  • Create and lead detailed project trackers, status reports, and dashboards to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
    Coordinate and maintain the Investor Relations calendar, including earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows and internal prep sessions.
  • Create and present reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, progress on initiatives, and areas of concern.
  • Plan and execute logistics for investor events, including booking travel, securing venues, and coordinating materials.
  • Draft and send calendar invites, manage RSVP, and ensure all meeting logistics are in place.
  • Act as liaison between the IR team and executive leadership, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Ensure project results meet quality, reliability, achievements, and budget.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support – preferably within Investor Relations, Finance, or Corporate Communications.
  • Experience in a global, dynamic, and deadline driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing PMO-level workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Exposure to Process Mapping and Change Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to learn other business disciplines.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior leaders and external investors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience planning and executing high-profile events.
  • Familiarity with investor relations practices and financial reporting cycles a plus.
