Radio Installation Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: – Install, program, and maintain land mobile radios and public safety communication systems. – Installing mounted and grounded racks, patch panels, backboards, and related hardware. – Provided training and technical support to end users. – Meet with clients to assess needs and project requirements. – Document all work performed and maintain accurate records. – Assist with maintenance of warehouse, offices, and multiple tower sites across north central Iowa. – Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills. – Maintain a professional image and commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth. Radio Installation Technician Requirements: – Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly through 8hr. shift. – Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull, twist, and crawl regularly through 8hr. shift. – Must be able to grasp and use small hand tools regularly through 8hr. shift. – Must be able to climb up ladders and work on roofs safely. – Must be able to work in warm/cold conditions in garage. – Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history.
