Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Recruiter.

Position type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: San Francisco, CA (hybrid)

As a(n) Recruiter you will:

Work with managers to understand hiring needs

Responsibilities:

• Post jobs and source candidates through different channels
• Review resumes and conduct interviews
• Coordinate interviews and give feedback to candidates
• Help improve the hiring process and candidate experience
• Keep track of hiring data and share updates with the team

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $50/hr W2

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
