We are searching for a talented RN-Resource Nurse

*UP TO $7,200 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS*

Hours: 24hrs

Shift: Night shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 11:00pm – 7:00am

Location: Family Center – St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

*SIGN-ON DETAILS

* $7,200 with a minimum 3+ years of nursing experience.

* $6,000 with 1+ years of nursing experience.

* $4,500 with less than 1 year of nursing experience (new grads are eligible!)

* Must be a new hire OR a rehire termed greater than 1 year to be eligible

Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.

• Bachelor*s Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Medical Surgical, Critical/Coronary Care, etc. is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

USD $44.07 – USD $76.72 /Hr.
