• Estimated annual base pay: $105,600(minimum) – $132,000(midpoint) – $158,400(maximum)

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Rotational Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Woodward’s early-career rotational programs. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of rotational cohorts-from recruitment and onboarding through rotation planning, development, and post-program placement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in program management, talent development, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has a track record of partnering with higher education institutions to align program curricula with academic standards, ensuring our rotations offer an accredited, rigorous, and industry-relevant learning experience. This role demands a leader capable of balancing strategic vision with meticulous execution-coordinating complex rotations, academic partnerships, and stakeholder alignment to build a best-in-class early-career talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive rotational program strategy aligned with Woodward’s leadership development priorities and business needs.
• Rotation Planning & Oversight: Coordinate with functional leaders to design and manage three 8-month rotations that provide breadth, depth, and leadership exposure across the organization.
• Participant and Manager Development: Oversee the learning and development framework, including mentoring, technical training, leadership seminars, and performance evaluations or both rotation members and managers.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Rotation Leaders to ensure alignment, support, and visibility for program participants.
• Performance Management: Create a seamless talent development approach that integrates performance management processes and other talent initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Career Development: Create and implement career development frameworks and programs to support employee growth and advancement within the organization.
• Program Evaluation & Optimization: Establish success metrics, gather feedback, and analyze outcomes to continuously improve the program’s impact and scalability.

Successful candidates typically have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Successful candidates will typically have 5-7years of progressive experience in talent development, learning, or a related field.
• We will prioritize candidates with experience managing rotational or leadership development programs.
• Alumni of rotational development programs preferred.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs (e.g., performance management, leadership development, or talent review process).
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and talent management best practices.
• Passion for developing future leaders and building a strong internal talent pipeline.
