We are seeking a strategic and passionate Rotational Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Woodward’s early-career rotational programs. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of rotational cohorts-from recruitment and onboarding through rotation planning, development, and post-program placement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in program management, talent development, and stakeholder engagement.
