Sales Administration Coordinator

position Summary
The Sales Administration Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales process by preparing customer quotations, proposals, bids, contracts, and order documentation. This position collaborates with internal departments and sales managers to ensure accurate pricing, timely shipments, and efficient handling of order discrepancies. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process new and used press sales documentation
  • Prepare proforma invoices for new equipment sales
  • Provide administrative support to KAC Sales Managers
  • Maintain and distribute Komori Corporation export team reports.
  • Process KomoriKare service orders
  • Coordinate and manage the weekly shipping meetings
  • Administer Salesforce CRM, including tracking and updating sales opportunities
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with J-SOX compliance
  • Input ERP data for press equipment and ancillary equipment.
  • Issue monthly miscellaneous invoices
  • Perform a variety of tasks to support the broader sales administration function

Qualifications
education & experience:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
  • At least 5 years of direct sales administration or related experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, preferred

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

  • Standard office environment with a generally quiet noise level

Physical Requirements

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk, and hear
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk
  • Visual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
