All within a ‘living laboratory’ of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease **The role you’ll contribute:** Responsible for accurate and timely processing of all sales transactions. Each sales associate is to be knowledgeable on products offered and they are to provide superior customer service. Assists the supervisor in stocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** Continuously strives to improve customer satisfaction. Recognizes the vital role of customer service and places a high priority on building customer loyalty •Expands knowledge base and keeps current on new products, trends, et cetera •Assists manager with displays and restocking shelves •Verifies that products have tags •Efficient in operating the POS system. Accurate and timely in processing customer transactions and performing opening and closing operations •Participates in keeping the store clean and organized •Assists manager in achieving budgetary goals and quality initiatives •Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED:** **•Knowledge about working in the retail industry** **•Should be able to make decisions and multi-task under pressure** **•Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English** **•Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)** **KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:** **• N/A** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** **High School Grad or Equiv** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** **•One year of technical experience** This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
