Extensive travel allows for the work location to be open, but must be in the US, located near a Crown Branch and a major airport.

About the Role

Crown is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Integrated Solutions to drive strategic development, sales retention, and project success for our Warehouse and Integrated Solutions. In this role, you will lead national account initiatives, manage key sales personnel, and serve as a liaison between departments to ensure successful execution and continued growth of our Warehouse Solutions programs.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead and Develop National Account Sales Efforts
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Warehouse Solutions Specialists – National Accounts.
  • Support national account customer integration and layout design.
  • Oversee financial performance of Warehouse Solutions projects.
  • Design and implement strategic sales programs to increase product sales and customer engagement.
  • Act as a key liaison with General Managers and Specialists to ensure professional project installation.
  • Coordinate with Branch Operations and Corporate Sales to support semi-automation and warehouse products.
  • Manage high-profile projects requiring alignment between Integrated Solutions and Warehouse Products teams.
  • Work closely with Data Analytics and General Manager – Integrated Solutions to establish and utilize reporting metrics and sales insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support material handling industry consultants by responding to RFQs, RFPs, and product inquiries.
  • Provide general information about the company’s offerings and innovations in warehouse automation.

Qualifications

This position requires a four-year business degree and eight plus years of material handling industry sales experience. The incumbent should have a good working knowledge of branch sales operations and is familiar with corporate resources. Has demonstrated successful sales experience, excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills as well as strong time management and leadership qualities. Proficient in Office 365 applications such as excel, word, powerpoint, outlook etc. This position requires a valid driver license and will involve extensive travel. May be exposed to hot and cold temperatures, dust, solvents, fuels, battery acid, and noise pollution.
