Sales Representative/Customer Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Provide timely responses to customer requests for quotes via email, phone, or inventory listing portals.
• Liaise with peers and leadership to understand market pricing dynamics to capture sales.
• Achieve sales and capture rate targets as set by management.
• Validate customer purchase orders against standard and negotiated terms.
• Interacts with the customer prior to and after the sale to develop and maintain positive partner relationships.
• Identify brokering opportunities to enhance customer relationships & maximize sales output.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with little instruction and are intrinsically motivated.
• Provide responsive and exceptional customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales/customer service experience.

education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
