About the Role

As an SAP CPI Integration Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems, supporting hybrid integration scenarios and enabling scalable, secure, and efficient business processes. This role is based in Nashville and supports a hybrid work model during standard day shifts.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot integration flows using SAP CPI.
  • Work with various integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, OData, and data formats including XML, JSON, and CSV.
  • Implement custom logic using Groovy and JavaScript within integration flows.
  • Utilize a wide range of adapters (e.g., HTTP, JMS, SFTP, SuccessFactors) to support diverse integration needs.
  • Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
  • Leverage SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, and API Management for cloud-based integration scenarios.
  • Support hybrid integration between cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 – $132,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
