Job Overview:

The Scheduler/Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical and administrative tasks within the Sleep Lab department.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Clerical experience to include typing and filing preferred

Schedule:

• Per Diem, Days
• Temporary, approximately 12-week position

Essential Functions:

• Answers telephones properly and relays information to appropriate person
• Assembles and disassembles designated charts
• Assists as directed with PI activities such as data collection
• Ensures a safe environment in aspects of care, equipment, and treatment
• Identifies and reports potential and actual patient safety issues
• Keeps medical records complete and in order
• Maintain unit supplies at appropriate par levels
