ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, finance, sales, and others, to drive monetization strategy, pricing decisions, and packaging constructs for products for the targeted audience.Propose pricing changes and discounting guidance to improve the profitability of offers and address varying market needs.Partner with Research and Insights team to conduct market research and understand competitive dynamics, customer segmentation, and customer willingness to pay.Work closely with marketing & sales teams to assist in driving adoption and engagement during change management initiatives tied to business model implementation.Influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations that drive business impact.Embody our culture and values.
