Looking for a Senior Construction Manager
Salary Range: $104k-$110k
What you will be doing as Senior Construction Manager
- Performing feasibility walks at venues alongside the data collection SP.
- Establish a POC with the venue for access and scheduling.
- Determine and potential scheduling conflicts with venue ahead of time.
- Verify cable routing, GPS placement, DOT placement, ingress/egress to headend using iBwave software.
- Identify any potential roadblocks that could occur during the construction phase and develop mitigation plans ahead of time.
- Analyzing/developing the SOW, BOM, and work with RF design including the minimum thru-put requirements and the end requirements of the customer, planning and managing execution of the same, and recommending revisions as needed during the project.
- Evaluate the job/venue to determine whether it is appropriate for the requirements.
- Resolve access issues prior to construction start.
- Evaluate the scope of the job/venue by deciding on the step-by-step methodology to build the system, and the materials and equipment necessary to complete the build; prepare reports and other communications to the Senior Construction Manager and/or Customer Project Manager regarding the
What you will bring to the table as Senior Construction Manager
- Minimum of 7+ years of related work/ industry experience.
- degree preferred.
- Basic technology or related trade course work completion. Specifically, MCA Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS)
- Experience with providing design solutions and working with RF to optimize the solution.
- Ability to determine site feasibility, as well as site design consulting as needed.
- Direct knowledge of working in both large and small venues.
- Experience in managing and directing general contractors, construction scope estimation, etc. (In-building, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).
