Senior Product Designer, Growth & Enrollment

In this role, you&rsquoll help shape our Enrollment experience, designing solutions that allow members to learn more about Hinge Health and start their pain-relief journey. As a Senior Product designer, you&rsquoll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centered solutions from concept to execution, including user research, interaction/UI design, and prototypes that evolve our member experience forward, while driving towards our key business goals.

• Design at scale: Use and contribute to our design system to build scalable components and patterns that support consistency and efficiency.
• Holistic service design: Design with marketing, sales, and customer support needs in mind so you can deliver a cohesive and logical flow from first contact to activation.
• Champion quality and accessibility: Ensure that every onboarding touchpoint is accessible, inclusive, and thoughtfully crafted for diverse user needs.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Design a personalized enrollment experience: Create a seamless and intuitive enrollment process tailored to member needs, ensuring people can quickly understand, set up, and start their Hinge Health program.
• Collaborate across teams and platforms: Work with cross-functional teams to create an integrated experience across desktop and mobile web. Native mobile familiarity is a plus.
• Map complex workflows: Simplify and orchestrate interconnected enrollment experiences, ensuring customers feel confident and supported along the way.
• Optimize the journey: Use A/B testing, user research, and data science insights to refine enrollment strategies, improving completion rates and time-to-value.
• Design at scale: Use and contribute to our design system to build scalable components and patterns that support consistency and efficiency.
• Champion quality and accessibility: Ensure that every onboarding touchpoint is accessible, inclusive, and thoughtfully crafted for diverse user needs.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, including partnering with product and engineering teams
• Bachelor&rsquos Degree (or equivalent) in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design or related field
• Portfolio showcasing product shipments, expertise in interaction design, and visual design understanding
• Experience leading product design from opportunity to concept to shipment
• Experience prototyping, user research, and system-level design documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in designing across mobile, desktop, and other interfaces
• 1+ years experience in the Healthcare/Fitness/Wellness industry
