As a Senior Product Manager on Calendar Copilot team, you will champion the adoption of AI in every facet of the product-driving intelligent AI capabilities across organization and collaboration experiences with personalized experiences for users ranging from executives to busy professionals. ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate product vision and concepts by developing clear scenarios, detailed user journeys, and articulating the “why” and “what” behind intelligent, AI-driven scheduling experiences.Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including customer research, requirements definition, user experience, and the launch of new AI-powered capabilities.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data Science to evaluate and iterate on solutions that apply AI to solve real-world time management challenges.Lead with thought leadership and AI-first mindset, shaping strategy, formulating goals, deeply understanding user needs, and delivering differentiated product features that leverage AI.Manage cross-team dependencies and align priorities to ensure Calendar Copilot features launch on time and deliver measurable value across devices and platforms.Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback, triaging priorities, and ensuring the product exceeds user expectations, especially as we introduce new AI-driven workflows.Present product plans, strategy, demos, competitor reviews and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders; champion a customer-obsessed, outcome-driven, and AI-first product culture.
