Compensation depending on experience: $70,000 – $85,000

Benefits include:

• Vacation: up to 10 days per year

As a Service Lane Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the service lane, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service lane staff.
• Ensure all vehicles are inspected and maintained according to company standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and report on vehicle performance and maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and support to service lane staff.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
