A “creative” is the ad (in the form of a short-form video) served to TikTok users, composed of video, background music, call-to-action card, post-click landing page, and other formats that get delivered to users. A quote goes “creativity is the soul of advertising”, because a good ad creative is effective, yet difficult to produce, especially at the scale of TikTok advertising. TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team tackles the challenge of creating engaging and effective ad creatives at scale. Develop and maintain the AIGC generation architecture for ad creatives, building stable and efficient data processing pipelines and strategy frameworks. Collaborate closely with the algorithm team to support rapid business iteration. 2. Manage features and sample data relevant to AIGC, ensuring the infrastructure supports the training and inference needs of AIGC models. 3. Continuously enhance platform capabilities, designing flexible workflow orchestration for ad creative generation scenarios, while minimizing integration costs for both R&D and algorithm teams. 4. Collaborate with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AIGC solutions for personalized ad creative generation. 5. Conduct performance monitoring and optimization of AIGC models, identifying areas for improvement to enhance both the quality and efficiency of ads creatives generated at scale.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Final year or recent graduate with a background in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field by 2026 (or equivalent industry experience). 2. Experience with building and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure for AI model training and deployment. 3. Familiarity with AIGC technologies and their application in ad creative generation, including model training and inference requirements. 4. Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. 5. Strong understanding of algorithms, data management, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience or research in AIGC, especially in ad creative or content generation. 2. Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools and experience designing flexible systems for model deployment. 3. Experience with cloud-based technologies and distributed systems for scalable AI operations. 4. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
