Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Contract Reviewer

Location Dublin OH (Hybrid)

As a Contract Reviewer, your responsibilities will be:

• Global Sourcing is responsible for creating and managing diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, best cost and competitive advantages that benefit customers, suppliers and patients.
• This role will be responsible for reviewing Global Sourcing agreements for specific terms and conditions to support key projects.
• Additionally, this role will have responsibility for completing contract and system audits to ensure the contracting system is properly updated.
• The person in this role will effectively lead and manage these projects and regularly provide status updates, as well as recommendations, to team members.
• Work independently to review and manage contracts
• Review contract details and terms
• Demonstrate knowledge of contract/agreement specifics
• Experience with contract reading, including health-related contracts
• Handle a high volume of contracts efficiently

Qualifications:

• Read legal documents and ascertain key elements within agreements.
• Quick learner and possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Gather feedback, display a sense of urgency, make recommendations, follow-up, and follow through to deliver timely solutions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
• The capacity to work in a team environment and manage projects accordingly.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20 – 22 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
