Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and help ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of leaders across the product organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases with confidentiality.
  • Plan and coordinate team events, town halls, and offsite meetings.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications and requests, handling as appropriate.
  • Support departmental operations, including project tracking, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they arise.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting executives or senior leaders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services, technology, or a similarly complex environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Concur, Workday, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Pay Range:

$20.19-$33.65/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
