This position will be responsible for compiling, tracking, analyzing, and reporting budget information for all west natural gas operational areas. The primary responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to: compiling and reviewing data for accuracy, tracking trends in financial data, analyzing and reporting budget numbers, identifying and resolving variances, and making recommendations to management regarding the analysis completed. Furthermore, this role will work with other field coordinators in compiling and trending data for each regional office.

Essential Functions:

• Update, report, communicate, and submit recommendations to management regarding forecast models utilizing current financial and operational assumptions
• Meet regularly with regional operational management teams to ensure proper assumptions for monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
• Compile, analyze, and report on segment operating data
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans as well as analysis of variances to budgets, forecasts and prior year results
• Prepare and consolidate financial presentations and operating metrics for senior management team
• Coordinate with accounting during the month end close process to ensure results are recorded properly for internal reporting purposes
• Assist Project Managers in completing and submitting project documentation and forms.
• Support the department lead with head count, fleet management, team meeting coordination, etc.
