As a Senior MTE Hardware Engineer, you will own the design, implementation, and deployment of highly specialized text fixtures for industrial machine vision camera and optical systems. You will collaborate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and optical disciplines to build and validate test stations. You will design fundamental aspects of manufacturing validation, including test plans, pass/fail criteria, and test flows. You will analyze test data, perform forensic root cause analysis, and generate technical reports for leadership updates. You will travel to contract manufacturers to bringup test systems, diagnose failures, and support product ramp and validation activities. Your DFM/DFT analyses will drive continuous improvement of production yield.
