Job OverviewMacy’s Marketplace launched in 2022 and we are continuing to scale the business. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketplace Seller Management & Optimization who will support optimizing the seller experience, owning the go-forward relationships with onboarded sellers, and managing growth strategy, assortment offering, pricing, and performance. This entrepreneurial role will require strong communication and analytical skills to support the execution of our seller retention strategy, infusing data-driven decisions into our day-to-day processes. The Senior Manager will work directly with sellers, managing accounts, while also overseeing a team of Associate Account Managers, where this person will leverage experience to coach and guide the team in managing their own accounts. This individual will work closely with leadership across the MP Organization (Business Development, Operations, Marketing) as well as the broader Macy’s organization from Digital, Product Management, Merchandising, Macy’s Media Network, etc. to drive alignment on processes, strategies, and goals.
