Responsibilities include:

• Support in calculating and preparing documents for federal tax filings.
• Lead compliance for state income and franchise taxes, overseeing return prep and review.
• Organize state tax processes, including estimates, extensions, audits, and filings.
• Assess the compliance impact of corporate restructuring.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Large company income tax experience
• Federal audit and multi state income tax compliance experience
