RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary responsibility is for server firmware test case development in conjunction with coordination with architects, BIOS developers, vendors, and quality assurance teams to develop robust, innovative server firmware testing for customer reference boards.

A successful candidate will employ solid software testing methodologies, debug capabilities, test case reviews and strong process practices to ensure on-schedule deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of software development process methodology
• Experience in x86 server BIOS architecture desired
• Knowledge of server hardware interfaces (10G/1G Ethernet, PXE, SATA, NVMe, AHCI, DDR4, PCIe Gen4/Gen2, SPI, I2C) or industry standard initiatives such as (ACPI, SMBIOS, PCIe, BMC IPMI) desired
• Excellent speaking and writing communicate required for effective test case development.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
