Leadership and Management: Provide leadership to store associates, ensuring they are motivated and performing their duties effectively. This includes hiring, training, and developing staff to meet company standards.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Sales Management: Drive store sales and profitability by implementing effective merchandising strategies and maintaining store standards. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to improve results.

Operational Oversight: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and organized.

Financial Responsibilities: Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management.
