About this opportunity

Ericsson Smart Factory Inc. seeks a Supply Project Mgr in Santa Clara, CA; Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to create a data strategy for developing a data driven organization with every unit making data-driven decisions for processes.

What you will do:

Automate data collection regrading sustainability and industry 4.0 use cases. Drive the Objective and Key Result (OKR) process. Implement and drive change management for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for USA 5G Smart Factory supply chain, optimizing production, inventory, and logistics for enhanced agility and reduced costs. Understanding of the electronic supply chain management, organizational psychology, and digital transformation. Leadership skills and executive communication and presentation. Accelerate OKR adoption and impact through data dashboards. Drive Strategy workshops and internal operational reviews in alignment with global production strategy. Communicate and explain the strategies and tactics used in the USA 5G Smart Factory to both internal and external stakeholders. Plan and execute strategy workshops with leadership team, line managers and change leaders. Create strategy communication and change management material by analyzing existing data and processes. Provide management consulting to departments within the USA 5G Smart Factory. Develop strategic environmental sustainability plans that are tailored to the business or organization. Conducting research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Assessing the competitive landscape and conducting industry benchmarking. Developing strategic plans and roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives. Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating business models. Creating learning content on strategy, sustainability etc. for the USA 5G Smart Factory. 10% domestic and international travel required. Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance.

Master’s and 2 years of experience.

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including,but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-relatedknowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

The salary range for this position is

Washington, New York, and New Jersey: $ 122,762- $189,000

California: $ 122,762- $207,000

All other US locations: $122,762- $175,200

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonuspayouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s

objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certaineligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your Financial Security

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The EricssonUS 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericssonmatches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of youreligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. Whenyou contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s fullmatching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stopwhen your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employeeswill also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic lifeinsurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as wellas short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have theoption to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.

Your Time

Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided aminimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick timeannually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’sstart date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternityleave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
