The Opportunity:

The Exploit, Enhance, Enable, Influence (E3I) program is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with full product lifecycle experience of intelligence and/or tactical systems/sensors. The candidate will have an active role in engineering, maintaining, and ensuring the reliability, availability, and testability of tactical edge sensors employed by the DoD for real-time indicators and warnings and force protection against aerial threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide lifecycle systems engineering support of CACI designed and manufactured SIGINT/EW systems and peripherals

  • Primary systems engineer responsible for collaborating directly with the product support manager and the product manager in the full system lifecycle management of a program of record system.

  • Process and execution owner of the program reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability (RAM-T) program.

  • Coordinate with software development team to ensure compatibility of all supported hardware configurations with all supported software baseline versions.

  • Lead FRACAS, FACAR, FMECA, FRB activities, as well as Class I and II engineering changes of hardware systems.

  • Support obsolescence activities, as well as informing technical refresh activities, and integration of new hardware capabilities (GOTS and COTS), which may include commodity IT enhances (e.g., switches, servers)

  • Develop, maintain, update requirements, test procedures for verification and validation of hardware systems

  • Develop, maintain system engineering models of all hardware systems following MBSE approaches.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 7 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 6 of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 14 of relevant experience is required.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management

  • Experience with DOD or IC SIGINT systems

  • Experience with hardware production lifecycle management

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 – $216,200
