What You’ll Be Doing to Make a Difference

As a Product Manager at Singlewire, you’ll be a key driver in shaping the future of our life-saving products. You’ll:

• Own the Product Vision: Translate business strategy into a clear product strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
• Be a Customer Champion: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Innovate and Prioritize: Proactively identify and prioritize high-potential ideas, assess current competitor offerings, and seek opportunities for differentiation.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work hand-in-hand with agile software development teams (developers, QA, project managers, and UX) to develop innovative new features and see initiatives through to fruition.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to track product performance, inform strategic decisions, and appraise new product ideas with appropriate go-to-market plans.
• Communicate Effectively: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure Quality: Participate in acceptance testing to ensure completed work meets requirements and delivers value.

Who You Are

You’re more than just a Product Manager; you’re a strategic thinker, a natural collaborator, and someone who thrives on solving complex problems that have real-world impact.

• You have 5+ years of experience in a product-related field (as an engineer or product manager), including developing and clearly communicating product strategy.
• You’re an expert at working with agile software development teams, comfortable navigating the intricacies of development, QA, and UX.
• You possess a keen ability to understand true customer needs, moving beyond stated requests to uncover underlying problems.
• You’re adept at prioritizing requirements and user stories against competing stakeholder needs.
• You’re a curious and excited problem-solver, passionate about identifying customer challenges and designing innovative solutions.
• You can see both the 10,000-foot strategic picture and zoom in on intricate feature details.
• You’re a born collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, enjoying cross-organizational teamwork.
• You’re comfortable saying “no” when necessary, always backed by sound reasoning.
• You take initiative, love to learn, and flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You have proficiency or experience leveraging AI to enhance product management workflows and insights.
• You have experience with on-premises audio and telephony systems, including UCaaS technologies, SIP, and Multicast.
• You hold a college degree in Computer Science or another technical area.
