Location: Kirkland, WA

Pay:$27.00/hr to start — increases to $32–$33/hr after 4 months

About the Opportunity:

Join a world-class team at a leading technology company that’s pushing boundaries in aerospace innovation. We’re looking for skilled Assembly Technicians to support the precision assembly and testing of electromechanical and fiber-optic systems—critical components in our satellite programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and test avionic electromechanical components
• Perform both component- and system-level testing with precision
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and tools
• Support preventative maintenance on data acquisition systems and test equipment
• Track inventory, assist with receiving, and coordinate material flow
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

Skills / Qualifications:

• 2+ years relevant manufacturing experience (aerospace,

manufacturing, or related field)

• 2+ years of hands-on Assembly or Mechanic experience
• 1+ years of experience in a fast paced production or

manufacturing environment

• Preferred experience: torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers,

multi-meters etc.

• 1+ years reading, interpreting and working from blueprints and/ or

drawings

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs solo; team-lift up to 45 lbs
• Capable of standing, bending, climbing, grasping, and stretching throughout the shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 – $27.00/hr.
