Job Summary

The Technology Manager role involves designing and implementing robust technology solutions with a focus on Manhattan SCALE. The candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive technology architectures that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
  • Implement solutions using Manhattan SCALE to optimize supply chain processes and improve system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across various platforms
  • Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall functionality and user experience
  • Develop and maintain documentation for architecture designs ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural standards
  • Conduct regular assessments of technology infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Oversee the deployment of technology solutions ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to operations
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve architecture strategies
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in Manhattan SCALE
  • Drive innovation by proposing new solutions that leverage technology to achieve business goals. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in Manhattan SCALE demonstrating expertise in optimizing supply chain processes
  • Have experience in merchandising domain providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address technical issues effectively
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Show proficiency in designing technology architectures that align with business objectives
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning staying updated with the latest technology trends
  • Have a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Certifications Required

Manhattan SCALE Certification

TOGAF Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 16, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 – $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
