ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Tooling Maintenance: (70%) – Inspect, clean and repair tooling. Manufacture replacement parts when needed. 2. Tooling Manufacture: (15%) – Knowledgeable about horizontal lathes, NC machinery, programming and fixture applications to the SolidWorks model. 3. Assist Tool Makers: (15%) – Assist tool makers in the manufacture of tooling, equipment, and shop floor repairs. 1-3 years of experience in a Machining environment.
1-3 years of experience with inspection equipment.
Preferred:
1-3 years of experience with Solidworks
1-3 years of experience in fabrication assembly
