The Opportunity …

A&B Process Systems, located in Stratford, WI is an industry leader in the design, fabrication, automation and installation of stainless steel process systems used in a variety of industries.

As our TOP/Documentation Specialist– you will manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical documentation for OEM projects.

On a given day, you may:

• Update and Review Technical Documentation Packages: Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date based on project requirements.
• Organize and Manage Project Documentation Storage: Follow internal procedures for compiling and cross-referencing project documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Gather necessary information to create comprehensive documentation turnover packages for projects.
• Ensure all documents meet project requirements based on industry standards and regulations.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task while maintaining good organizational skills.
• Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to ensure all information is aligned across documentation sets.
• Attention to Detail
• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple trades and professionals, including Estimation, Engineering, Fabrication, Quality, and Design.
