GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Total Rewards Analyst provides essential analytical, administrative, and project support to Loram’s Total Rewards team. Working closely with the Sr. Compensation Analyst and Sr. Benefits Analyst, this role ensures effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs, supports process improvements, and helps maintain data integrity. The analyst collaborates across the HR function to provide a positive employee experience and support Loram’s commitment to competitive, compliant, and engaging total rewards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems degree preferred.
