Treasury Analyst

The Field Support Center in Tucker, Georgia serves each GMS location, providing the support needed to enable local teams to deliver outstanding service to contractors and builders in their local communities.

position Summary

The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager to support the treasury team by assisting with the Treasury Management System, daily cash management, and other duties as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Technology:

• • Support the Kyriba workstation and work on integrations and projects with other internal software systems
  • Identify and opportunities for system enhancements, supporting the Treasury Manager to build out equipment finance, centralized payments, and wire payment functionality
  • Build daily cash forecast

• Process Improvement:

• • Work on projects for cash and treasury operations
  • Determine ways to use the TMS or BI tools to change and enhance existing processes

• Daily cash forecasting:

• • Use the daily cash forecast to optimize cash levels with SRS and THD

• Accounting:

• • Complete day-to-day entries to support the company’s in-house-banking program
  • Liaison with the accounting department to ensure proper reporting of cash transactions

• Cash Management:

• • Support daily cash management process
  • Administrator for TMS and banking platforms

• Equipment Finance:

• • Assist in the execution of the company’s equipment leasing program, and assist the subsidiaries with equipment and lease inquiries

• Other responsibilities:

• • Support the company’s merchant processing activities
  • Support escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MIS, Accounting, or related field required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position in an office environment 80% of the time.
• Will frequently move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
